Shipping Policy
All paintings will be wrapped in kraft paper, with a twine bow and a custom calligraphy gift tag. Please indicate the name you would like on the gift tag before adding the painting to your cart.

Free Delivery in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA): If you are located in the GTA, Ontario, I offer free delivery. Please select the 'GTA delivery' option during checkout. I will make my best effort to deliver within 1-2 weeks of purchase. Deliveries will most likely occur either after 5pm on weekdays or on the weekends. If you need a painting ahead of a specific holiday or event, please include this request in the notes section during checkout.

Free shipping within Canada: If you live in the GTA and prefer to have your painting shipped, or if you live elsewhere in Canada, your purchase will be shipped for free. To protect the painting during shipment, the painting will be packaged with bubble wrap, styrofoam and/or kraft paper and marked as fragile. I will make my best effort to send it out for shipping within 1 week of purchase. Paintings will be shipped using Canada Post, and delivery times may vary based on time of year. Please contact me for an estimated delivery date.
$15 flat rate shipping to the USA: If you live in the US, your purchase will be shipped for a flat fee of $15. To protect the painting during shipment, the painting will be packaged with bubble wrap, styrofoam and/or kraft paper and marked as fragile. I will make my best effort to send it out for shipping within 1 week of purchase. Paintings will be shipped using Canada Post, and delivery times may vary based on time of year. Please contact me for an estimated delivery date.

Please note that shipping to locations outside of Canada and the USA is not available at this time.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges, including when paintings do not arrive by a specified date. I will make sure to package my paintings securely but in the rare case that a painting arrives damaged, please contact me. Unfortunately, all paintings are one of a kind, so there will not be an exact replacement option, but other options may be available. I want to ensure that you are happy with your initial purchase and/or how the issue is addressed.

Please make sure to check the colours, sizing and fixtures of the painting prior to purchase to make sure it fits with what you are looking for. I make my best effort to photograph my paintings in natural, white light to show the true textures and colours of my artwork. However, textures and colours may vary slightly from what you see online.
